what is Yansan?

yansan is a modern spiritual communityrooted in ancient practices. it’s a space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs can come together to slow down, heal, and reconnect with themselves.


we believe healing should feel safe, simple, and human — not something only certain people have access to. through sound, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, we help people experience peace in real, tangible ways.


we currently host events, classes, and workshops across south florida to make these practices accessible to everyone. each gathering is designed to create connection, release what’s heavy, and help you feel more at home within yourself.

about the founder


hi, i’m isa⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡


born and raised in south florida. my healing journey began early in a yoga class that changed everything. for the first time, my mind was actually quiet. that class included sound instruments, and feeling those vibrations move through my body became my first love.


since then, i’ve studied how sound, movement, and mindfulness regulate the nervous system and bring peace back into the body. my first experiences offering sound were in hospitals by supporting patients, including a family member healing from burn injuries. witnessing how vibration eased pain and invited rest when heavy pain meds could not showed me how powerful this work could be.


now, at 22, with training in both yoga and sound healing, i’ve made it my mission to share these practices with others. what started as small sound baths has grown into a community where people come to reconnect, release, and remember who they are. healing doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to feel safe.
